What makes YOU smile? For me it is the sight of a million daffodils in the sun, especially on a spring day.

But the message behind this vibrant field is so much more than that! The amazing 'Field of Hope' was planted by the Marie Curie centre in 1990 after they received a donation of daffodils to be used for fundraising, they planted the field in order to inspire cancer sufferers and carers, a fitting tribute to all who have to deal with this horrible disease.

This is close to the heart of my family, a beautiful place!

As part of my Sefton Park Collection, I think this piece of art holds a strong place in my heart.

This is my painting of the beautiful Victorian style domed Palm house in Sefton Park.

Built in 1896, designed by Mackenzie and Moncur and surrounded by statues of famous gardeners, explorers and scientists; The Palm House is an amazing structure that has been beautifully renovated and is now the pride of Sefton Park.

For me, this place has always felt magical- especially in my childhood when it was neglected. However, it because a mystical place as wild plants took over and it was just left open to explore!

Here is my artwork depicting the Penny Lane street sign, marking the start of the lane on Allerton Road. The sign is situated opposite the bus shelter where Paul sat and began to formulate the lyrics to 'Penny Lane' whilst waiting for the bus, creating a legendary song!

This print is available as a fridge magnet and in 3 different sizes which can be displayed on a choice of either a black or white mount.

Who remembers their favourite day out as a child? For me a trip across the Mersey on the ferry heading to the fair in New Brighton was one of them!

This painting displays the Royal Iris sailing the Mersey with pride, heading over to Woodside Terminus- one of the best days out ever!
