A combination piece featuring one of Antony Gormleys  life size  Iron Men. One hundred of these figures are spread over two miles of Merseyside’s coastline. The statues are submerged and revealed as the tide comes in and goes out. The battering over time from the sea has caused corrosion and oxidation including rust, moss, molecules, plant, and marine life. The painting captures this in great detail, bringing the figure to life with texture, color, and depth.
 
This  framed collection of  paintings are set in a classic square black frame of 2cm x 2cm, size 50cm x 80cm, in three apertures.
