One of my favourite actors, Stephen Graham is from Kirby, Liverpool. So much is to be said of this actor, who started his wide ranging career at the Liverpool Everyman Theatre. He has such an interesting, expressive face, great to sketch and a wonderful aura. The face is done in fine ink and the colours behind him are watercolors in vibrant, green, blues, and luminous yellow - got to say the photos do not do the colours and design justice.
This is just one of my two talented Liverpool people portraits done so far. The other is Jodie Comer. If people like them I will do more. I am open to ideas on this one
